Ciara is the princess of skypia she was kiddnapped by Enel and held in her own castle...then she managed to escape and fell (literary) in sanji's arms. she joined the group and fought against enel.

after that she joined the crew and left skypia with them.

ciara also has the power of the light-light fruit that gives her the power of light.
